OEEsystems International will appoint one of our OEE Operational Consultants to your project who will work with you to develop a bespoke OEE Performance Management Plan for your business. They will support you and your team to implement this Plan, ensuring you get the most from the application and that the time to implement practical and measurable operational improvements is minimized.
Following the planning stage we will configure the software to your preferred OEE Model. For each WorkCentre system parameters will be set, including schedules, rates, downtime and yield- loss codes, targets, costs, etc.
We will install PerformOEE™ on an OEEsystems International’s Server which will be configured for remote access. Local OPC Clients and Workstations will also be installed and configured in each Work Cell. Once the installation and commissioning is complete, we will carry out system and user acceptance testing. We will also monitor and quality check the system daily for a number of weeks.
Your OEEsystems International Consultant will then complete introductory, onsite training for users at all levels including, Operators, Supervisors, Super Users, and the Management team as required. Additional, optional training in the concepts, and use of OEE as a business metric and OEE software as a manufacturing performance management tool can also be arranged.
One of our key objectives is to deliver the quickest possible R.O.I. for our Customers. After one month your OEEsystems International Operations Consultant will convene a bespoke Executive Review to present a further Action Plan based on the data which has already been collected. This review will identify and quantify the most important improvement opportunities and show you how to use the software to deliver Operational Excellence, a speedy R.O.I. and as a result increased bottom line profits for your business.

In advance of the “Go Live” date we will issue a fully comprehensive Support and Maintenance contract. It will provide you with unlimited incident reporting and follow up. Unlike a pay as you use support structure there will be no hidden charges or surprises. As a valued customer of OEEsystems International you will also receive frequent releases of the software in response to new customer’s needs and industry trends.
